Alexandra is an experienced actor who has been in over 100 movies and TV shows, often in leading roles. Internationally recognized, she is famous for her role of five years on the show as the Lieutenant Stephanie Holden on the TV program Baywatch. Alexandra operates her own business as a wellness coach. Alexandra is a personal fitness coach who is a speaker and coaches individuals on telephones around the world. She also presents regarding changing lifestyles to lead an active and healthier lifestyle. In the year 2019, Alexandra worked on 3 films: Escaping My Stalker, Pink Skies Ahead and The Estate, has spoken at George Washington University's Human Overpopulation Forum, Scripps Institute of Oceanography and Glendale Community College on the human overpopulation issue. Alexandra is co-hosting Switch4Good, a podcast every week that has had over 3,000,000 downloads on YouTube, as well as worldwide. Alexandra was mostly out of work, and was wearing a mask by 2020. However, she began 2021 by starring in the movie Tethered after which she followed up to star in Baby Steps, a sequel to her 2017 film Say Yes. . Baby Steps will be out in summer, 2023.
