
Jazmine Marie (b. on April 9, 1987) is an American soul/R&B singer from the United States. Fearless Jazmine Marie Sullivan's debut album was made in Philadelphia. The album was a top contender for the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album spawned four hits, including "Need U Bad" as well as "Bust Your Window" that both made it to the top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. The former was Sullivan's first top-ranked single to be featured on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song Billboard chart. Sullivan released Love Me Back in 2010 as her second album of her own. This was also well-received by music critics. After a hiatus of three year, Sullivan signed with RCA Records. In 2015 she debuted Reality Show, her first studio album. It became her first to reach number 1 in the Top R&B Albums Charts. Her critically acclaimed Heaux Tales EP in 2021. It contains "Pick up Your feelings". Sullivan was awarded two Grammy Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award and three NAACP Image Awards. Time has listed her as one of their 100 most influential people for 2022.
